Water damage in West Hollywood, Ca

This flooded kitchen was caused by a broken pipe.  The unit next door was also affected but the majority of moisture affected this unit.  We removed cabinet and opened the wall only in this unit and because of this we were able to get air movement on the kitchen wall of the attached unit.  The property manager was very please that we able to dry both units with minimal demolition.

Our goal is to make it like it never even happened.  The best way for us to do that is to get to the property as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and place the necessary drying equipment.
