Recent Winter Storm Damage

During the recent Winter storms SERVPRO of Van Nuys South came across many different examples of damage both interior and exterior.  In this photo the stucco was not properly sealed to be able to handle the amount of moisture from this winters storms.  The unit on the other side of this exterior wall had a mold issue resulting from the trapped elevated moisture on the stucco.  We were able to dry much of the affected area from the inside as we had to open the interior walls to mitigate the mold.  This was an inspection hole to the stucco to make sure all was dry and it indeed was.  We are very thankful to be able to help the property owners and managers of this Venice apartment.
