Flooded Office Space in San Fernando Valley

When SERVPRO of Van Nuys South was called in for a flood we were on the scene in minutes. This specific job was a big one and took a lot of man power to meet success. The effected building had plastic pipes that burst sending water into multiple unites. Pictured here is one unit that was heavily affected. We then set up dehumidifiers to speed up the drying process. This is standard protocol for water damage. Our job is to make sure that your property is restored to its' original state. The pictures displayed show the massive amount of water and the demolition of the floor a short time later, after optimal drying was not achieved. This was a small area of this office, drying was achieved in all other areas.
